In 2019, I thought I had a public speaking problem.
I didn't.
I had a capacity problem.
After every major presentation, my body broke out in hives.
I rushed. Overthought every sentence and took beta blockers just to get through speaking engagements.
I was confident in my ideas.
My nervous system just couldn't hold the attention they attracted.
The breakthrough wasn't learning to speak better.
It was realizing that visibility is a nervous system experience.
Every opportunity I'd been asking for... bigger stages, bigger rooms, more leadership... required a version of me that knew how to stay present while people watched.
That's why I created Vocal Honey™ The Method.
Not to teach women how to speak.
